Prayer

A central, core belief of The SPOT is taken straight from 1 Corinthians 12:27,

“Now you are the body of Christ and each one of you is part of it”. We not only hope to provide events for all members of the community, but we want to show people that they have a place and are welcome irrespective of their religious beliefs or denominational alliance. We will not be as successful without the support of faithful prayer warriors."

Wisdom, time, and good stewardship for the board members
For families who participate to feel loved, accepted, and safe
Volunteers – we need loving, reliable, and willing people to help us host events, welcome families, and be buddies to the children. Specialized training is not necessary, only a willingness to accept, love, and learn.
Connections in the community to families, churches, businesses, and organizations & liaisons to work with us from each of these places

Purpose

That the Lord would use The SPOT to spread His love and acceptance for all
That we would truly be a connection point for the community
That the Lord would move in through us, in us, and in our town, doing more than we even think to ask.
